Faith Formation News

“Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”   Proverbs 22:6

One of the most common concerns I hear from parents and grandparents today is, “How can we raise our children and grandchildren to be Catholic?”  It doesn’t begin with them, it begins with “us.” We first and foremost, must be a Christian, because it is really about our personal relationship with Jesus Christ.  As their first teachers, parents and grandparents are the models our children will follow as they grow into adults.

· November 20: 4th– 8th grade will meet from 6 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. High School will not meet Nov. 20th.

· November 24: “Into His Likeness” book discussion following Mass Rm. 102

· November 27: No Faith Formation Classes

· Dec. 1st  Parent/Candidate First Reconciliation Meeting.  We will meet in the Education wing at 4 p.m.
