Responsibilities include ministering to and working with senior citizens, homebound, sick, dying, bereaved, at wakes and funerals and overseeing and providing support for volunteer team ministers. Director of Development – Beckman Catholic High School in Dyersville, Iowa is seeking a Director of Development.  Leading the development team, the director is responsible for efforts toward public relations, fundraising, third source funding (including grant writing,), planned giving, cultivation of donors for significant gifts, and promotion of alumni relations.  This is a shared position among Beckman Catholic High School, St. Francis Xavier Elementary, and St. Francis Xavier Parish.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the field of development, and proficiency in computer software databases. Preference given to practicing Catholics with experience working in a Catholic School or parish in development.

This is a full-time position.  Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
