Pastoral Associate – Holy Spirit Parish in Dubuque, IA is seeking a compassionate, energetic individual to join our staff as a Pastoral Associate. The Pastoral Associate will serve to continue evangelization efforts within the parish community with responsibilities in liturgical ministry, pastoral care, social outreach and administration. This part time position will work regular office hours, with some evenings and weekends. Pastoral Associate- The Franklin-Hardin Catholic Linkage is seeking a full-time Pastoral Associate to begin on July 1, 2019. This position is based at St. Patrick Parish in Hampton and will also be working with St. Mary Parish in Ackley, St. Mark Parish in Iowa Falls, and St. Mary Parish in Eldora.  The Pastoral Associate is an integral member of the parish staff with responsibilities to be directed toward the continuation of evangelization within the parish community and the coordination of pastoral outreach with an emphasis on Hispanic families. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Theology or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
