Director of Faith Formation – St. Joseph Parish, Key West (just outside of Dubuque), is seeking a full time Director of Faith Formation.  The ideal candidate should be energetic, detail oriented, and a self-starter. This position collaborates directly with the pastor and the Faith Formation Commission to provide opportunities and support for all members of our parish to grow in their Christian faith.  This is a full time, professional, and salaried with benefits position.  Experience in Faith Formation and/or Pastoral Associate certification helpful, however, other life experience will be considered.  You may find a job description and an employment application on our website at www.stjosephkeywest.com as well as direction for submission for consideration.


Coordinator of Youth and Adult Faith Formation – Holy Spirit Parish in Dubuque, IA is seeking an energetic, dynamic, and faith-filled individual to help grow and coordinate disciple-based ministry for our middle school and high school youth. This collaborative position will integrate adolescent catechesis, including preparation for Confirmation, into a comprehensive ministry that leads our youth into a deeper encounter with Christ by providing formation and mentoring in relational ministry to evangelize within the Church and community while integrating them into parish life.

Desirable candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in theology or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, including in social media, and be a practicing Catholic in good standing. This is a part-time position with limited benefits with regular office hours and some evenings and weekends.

Poverty Reduction Manager – Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Dubuque is seeking a Poverty Reduction Manager in the Waterloo office to lead the agency’s mission to reduce poverty. Position is responsible for planning and execution of strategies and projects focused on enhancing resources and opportunities aimed at lifting individuals out of poverty and fostering social integration, achieved through collaborating with stakeholders, community groups and parishes to convene conversations, identify unmet needs and develop initiatives and opportunities for decreasing poverty, especially among the most vulnerable. Participation, self-reliance, sustainability and empowerment are key principles. This is a macro-level social work position that will also will have office oversight responsibilities. Some travel within the Archdiocese (30 counties NE Iowa) required.
